Client Outreach Executive
About the Role
We're looking for a driven Client Outreach Executive to help us grow The Billboard Inc.'s client base. You'll be the first point of contact for potential clients — identifying leads, initiating conversations, and qualifying brands that could benefit from our DOOH advertising services. This is a high-ownership role where your work directly drives company revenue.
What You'll Do
- Identify and research potential clients across industries like real estate, F&B, startups, and D2C brands.
- Initiate outreach via email, LinkedIn, and other channels to introduce our DOOH services.
- Qualify leads and schedule discovery calls with the founding team.
- Maintain a structured CRM pipeline and track outreach activity consistently.
- Craft personalized outreach messages that resonate with each brand's goals.
- Follow up persistently and professionally to move leads through the funnel.
What We're Looking For
- Strong written communication skills — you can write a cold email that actually gets a reply.
- Self-starter mindset — you don't wait to be told what to do next.
- Comfortable with rejection and persistent without being pushy.
- Basic understanding of B2B sales or marketing (prior experience is a plus, not a must).
- Familiarity with LinkedIn, email outreach tools, or CRM platforms is a bonus.
